So happiness. Nobody isn't happy all the time. But sometimes, aren't you tired of being sad and lonely? Well you only have to click that switch and turn it to a :) one. o(^▽^)o
If you want to be happy, then you must:
- The 1st thing you should do is to smile. :) It takes away the bad mood.
- Think positive! Remember, positive attracts positive. The more you think of positive things, the more it shall be given.
- Laugh a lot. Haha It removes stress.
- Relax. Do yoga, listen to soothing music, take a nap.
- Be nice to everyone. Being nice means making others happy. If you make them feel good, I'm pretty sure they'll do the same to you. Good karma comes back. ;)
- Eat chocolate. You should remember that "A piece of chocolate a day, jeeps the stress away." just don't eat too much or you'll get sick. lol
- Go to an outing! Have fun with yo friends, sing, dance!
- Follow your heart. :) Do whatever that makes you happy. You only live once, so why waste it?
